Blood Sucking Fiends
Blood sucking fiends is the second novel by Christopher Moore that I am reading. So far it has been good. It has some of the same characters as a Dirty Job. I am not as engulfed in this book as the one before, but I have not been as focused on reading as while reading the other novel. I was confused by the title as I did not know what the word fiends meant; I found that it meant devils so how I look at this book is blood sucking devils. I enjoy how Christopher Moore’s writing style stays similar in the novels of his which I have read. I say it stays similar because I enjoy how a big event happens in the beginning. In Blood Sucking Fiends, it opens with a vampire attack on a woman. It is very descriptive and enticing. I wonder what will happen next, if the girl will turn into a vampire or die? Also where did the guy vampire disappear to and when will he be back?

Why do you think you enjoyed the other book more? What about it was more appealing? The topic?
ReplyDeleteI felt the other book was more believable as it didnt start off drastically in a fictional way it grew progressively and made your mind expand into the books world. Also i enjoyed the topic of death and the events surrounding it.
